Copacabana From his earliest designs, drawers were a continuous source of inspiration for Kuramata. Through Kuramata's hands an everyday piece of furniture looses its' conventional form and takes on an inventive shape, underlining the symbolic value of the drawers. This particular piece was created for the 'Inspiration Lighting Design Exhibition', shown in Tokyo, Paris, and Milan. Back
